Moulded 90 Degree Elbow

Long Spigot Elbows are the tightest & sharpest dimensional PE100 bends available. These would also be the most commonly 90deg fitting supplied. Being quality injection moulded gives the assurance of full pressure rating & long spigots give the flexibility of Fusion Welding & joining options to pipe & other fittings. The Elongated spigots or long tails can be welded by Butt Fusion Welding or Electrofusion Couplers & Sockets. Ninety-degree elbows or square elbows are best suited for clean pressurised fluids & gases, the 90deg HDPE hard & sharp elbow may be best suited dimensionally to your pipe work. We would warn that if they are used in the wrong applications it may cause blockage & increased wear. An example would be when transporting abrasive media & solids, or If the application is flat or no grade gravity and or low-pressure pipelines & spooling. We recommend for transportation of Abrasive media etc, quality smooth sweeping bends or Elongated Short Radius bends & Multi bends as the most suitable & fail-safe option in this environment. Advanced Piping Stock 90deg SDR11 Elbows in sizes 20mm – 355mm and we also stock is also stock the high pressure 90deg PN25 SDR7.4 elbows in sizes 32mm - 355mm. Larger 90deg elbows are available up 630mm
