Our role is installed circuit of Sewage, Potable water system & set up Water Treatment plant, Sewage Water Treatment as well a system of HDPE pipe work consisting of 110mm HDPE mainline installed Along the bore approximately3k’sinlength

After completing a build, a 300-man camp the project and Construction managers asked me to stay to Facilitate in the construction of the plant site /Administration building, laboratory, mine planning, ERT/clinic, warehouse/workshop for the construction site wide domestic maintenance manager with The 3 clear goals to achieve.
Train a nationalized team to manage and run the domestic maintenance site wide Create turnkey systems – Working in such a remote location was both challenging and rewarding and often required taking the initiative to find alternate plans and general ‘thinking outside the square' to ensure the efficient running of the project.
I take pride in my ability to supervise and mentor local people; I have developed a great Working relationship with them and earned their respect, I have shown an understanding and Empathy to their local culture and beliefs. I made every attempt to speak their native language as well As basic MALINKE & SENOUFO.
I obtained a high level of personal satisfaction in training and mentoring the local people. It Has been very rewarding observing them learn, multi task and develop a sustainable mind set In all areas of maintenance and construction.
