The Sabodala Gold Project, located in Sabodala in south-east Senegal, approximately 600 air/km from Dakar, encompasses the design and construction of a fully functional gold processing plant and associated infrastructure works.

Was glad one of our member be part of build a new camp construction 187 blocks, of a 600-person village accommodation which obviously included, administration buildings, kitchen/mess facilities, ablution blocks and laundries underground service piping. The system of fire Service, Drainage, HDPE Welding, Potable Water Treatment, Waste Water Treatment, Bore Pumps, Instrumentation Ect..
After completion of the new camp construction phase in December 2007 KAE Contracture initial by AUSENCO we was then contracted to move across to the construction Process plan undertake of process plant piping, underground service piping include supervision the Construction project which was a 40-km poly pipeline which ensured the supply of water from Flame to Sabodala site at the completion of the process plant and workshop construction phase in March 2009, while still In the construction phase of the camp, we was asked to take on the role of site wide domestic maintenance manager with the 3 clear goals to achieve. Train a nationalized team to manage and run the domestic maintenance site wide Create turnkey systems –Audit assets and create SOP's and PM's includes close monitoring of the water treatment Plant and waste water treatment plant in relation to water quality etc.
